Returns and refunds
30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return of standard clothing, including standard boxing shirts and sale clothing. You then have 14 days to send your return.
For our extended change-of-mind policy, items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop. These conditions do not restrict your statutory cancellation rights.
How to return an item
Email info@againstallodds.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return. Include your name and order number inside the parcel.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please retain proof of postage. Contact us before returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
When you cancel your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not refunded for a change-of-mind return.
You may request an exchange, subject to stock availability, or choose store credit. Neither is required instead of a refund where you are entitled to one. For gifts, contact us to discuss available options.
Boxing shirts and personalised items
Standard boxing shirts follow the same 30-day return policy as our other standard clothing. Printing a standard design after you order does not make the shirt final sale.
Clothing made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you is excluded from change-of-mind returns where this is disclosed before purchase. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Your statutory rights
UK online customers generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods. Sale clothing has the same statutory rights as full-price clothing. You may inspect and try items on; any lawful deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods will be explained.
Our 30-day policy is in addition to your statutory rights. It does not limit remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Contact us as soon as you notice a problem; these rights are not limited to our change-of-mind return window.
